- Q: How old do I have to be to use your service?
A: If you are 21 or over with a valid government issued ID, you can purchase cannabis in the state of California. Individuals who are 18-20 and have acquired a medical card, as well as a valid government issued ID, are also eligible for our services. - Q: Where do you deliver?

A: Yes, we will do our best to accommodate your preferred delivery time. Let our staff know over the phone or make a note in the 'Notes' section of your online order. - Q: Do you have a storefront I can come to?
A: Unfortunately, no. The city of Novato does not allow walk-in cannabis stores at this time. - Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We do NOT accept credit cards. We DO accept all debit cards and cash. We encourage our customers to pay online using our simply and easy ACH payment method.

A: We do not want any surprises when you check out. That is why all taxes are included in your final price - Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges? What do I do if I've received a defective item?
A: No, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products sold. Due to state regulations, ALL sales are final.
A: If you receive a defective item, call our office immediately at (415) 940-9849 so we can resolve the issue. If you do not call our office the same day your defective item was ordered, we can NOT help you. - Q: The online delivery function says my address is invalid, what do I do?
A: Our system works in conjunction with Google maps and may have some hiccups when it comes to obscure addresses. First, please try using the proper abbreviations for Drive (Dr.), Avenue (Ave.), and Street (St.). This this does not correct the issue please call our office at (415) 940-9849

- Q: Where can I be able to publicly use cannabis?
A: Just like with tobacco, smoking or vaping cannabis in most public spaces is prohibited. As a reminder, it is also illegal to drive while under the influence on cannabis. - Q: Where can I consume Cannabis?
A: Although marijuana is a legal substance there are many restrictions on where it can and can NOT be consumed. Because of these restrictions and state laws, we highly recommend that you consume cannabis only at your place of residence. - Q: Can I grow?
A: Yes, you can! In the state of California, you are legally allowed to own, plant, harvest, dry and process 6 plants at a private residence at any given time. This policy also requires that these plants are not visible to the public. - Q: Can I sell Cannabis to my friends?
A: No. It is still illegal to sell cannabis without a license. As an adult over the age of 21, you can GIVE AWAY a specified amount of cannabis and cannabis products to another individual who is also 21 or older. You can NOT receive any money or form of compensation for this transaction as it would be considered illegal. - Q: How much Marijuana can I carry on me?
A: In California, you are legally allowed to carry one once of cannabis and eight grams of concentrated cannabis. It is illegal to bring cannabis into any federal buildings such as courts, jails, and K-12 school campuses. - Q: Can my employer prevent me from using cannabis?
A: Even though it is legal under California law, employers have the right to prohibit the use of cannabis by their employees. Contact your HR representative to better understand your rights as an employee as well as your workplace's cannabis policies. - Q: Can I travel outside of California with cannabis?
A: No. It is illegal to take cannabis across state lines, even if you are traveling to another state where cannabis is legal. - Q: Can I keep cannabis in my car?
A: Yes, but ONLY if it is in an approved sealed package or container in the trunk of your car. It is against the law for you to have an open container of cannabis in a car or vehicle while driving or riding around. Even if you have a valid physician's recommendation or a valid medical marijuana identification card, it is illegal to smoke cannabis in an operating vehicle.
